Description

We are seeking a multiskilled tradesman to join our team for housing refurbishment in Cannock and Staffordshire.

Must be willing to work on a variety of projects and tasks. Option to work away when required for further work with out of town allowance and travel paid for.


Desirable skills:
- plasterboarding, stud work, plasterboard & suspended ceilings
- bathrooms, tiling, floor preperation, ply lining, cement boards etc
- basic roofing, guttering, fascia etc
- basic groundworks & drainage
- basic brickwork such as cutting doorways in, adding lintels etc
- doorsets and ironmongery
- skirting, architraves
- cubicles, IPS, vanity units, kitchen units and similar

Additional skills such as skimming, T&J, painting, plumbing, brickwork etc all welcome additions

Must be willing to help the team deliver the job and do what needs to be done. Must have own tools and transport.

Travel & parking costs reimbursed on top of salary. All payments to comply with CIS legislation.

Contract length: 4 months


Salary:
£15.00-£22.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
