An exciting opportunity has arisen in the HDFT Acute Medicine team to join a growing dynamic team of Advanced Clinical Practitioners.
The post is for a Band 8a qualified and experienced Advanced Clinical Practitioner holding both an MsC in Advanced Practice and demonstrating clinical competencies in Acute Medicine.
The role will involve being an integral member of the multidisciplinary team, and as part of safe delivery of essential services.
The ACP will be required to practice as part of a 24-hour team delivering a 7-day service, when required. The post complies with Agenda for Change terms and conditions.
