  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers
  • Provide exceptional service and resolve inquiries efficiently
  • Maintain product knowledge and adhere to company guidelines
  • Document customer interactions accurately
  • Meet key performance indicators

Requirements:


  • Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
  • Proficiency in CRM systems or relevant software
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Benefits:

Hybrid for 3 days


Job Types:
Full-time, Temp to perm


Salary:
From £11.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
