An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Personal Assistant to support the HR Director.We are seeking to appoint a highly experienced and skilled personal assistant who has an eye for detail and the ability to meet strict deadlines The post holder will require to provide a high level of confidential administrative and secretarial support to the HR Director.
The post holder must be extremely organized, have excellent communication skills, and work to a high degree of accuracy.They must be able to prioritise and multi-task competing demands when necessary to produce work of a very high standard.
Previous experience as a personal secretary/ administrator working to executive director level is essential. Minute taking skills together with extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office is required.A commitment to multi-disciplinary working and proven communication and interpersonal skills is essential.
