About The Role:
Vacancy for a Front of House Porter, to work as part of a small team at Various Location within Central London (TFL Zone One)
responsible for the efficient and safe operation of the assigned client site.

As a representative of The OCS Front of house team, you will ensure that an exceptional service is provided as per the contract requirements.

You will ensure that all assigned tasks are completed in a professional and timely manner and all relevant legislation is adhered to.

Main Duties &

Responsibilities

Work with the multidisciplinary team in providing a supportive working environment.
To promote a professional and friendly image for all visitors, patients, and staff.
Provide Cover for the site reception and switchboard as and when required.
General administrative duties to include Photocopying, faxing and the use of a computer and franking machine as required
Collect and remove all general rubbish bags and Clinical waste from the building to their appropriate collection points.
To protect the security and safety of the identified buildings and personnel, All duties must be carried out in an honest, ethical and professional manner.

Experience

Previous experience in a similar hospital environment
