Description
We are looking for a Recruitment Administrator to join our small but busy Human Resources team to assist with the day-to-day support of recruitment related activities.
- Arrange various work experience and apprenticeship programs.
- Support other recruitment projects along with adhoc HR Administration to support the successful running of the team.

About you
- Previous experience within recruitment (agency or in house) or HR environment would be desirable.
- Have a positive, welcoming attitude and good communication skills.
- Ability to work on own initiative and a willingness to learn.
- Good organisational skills and an ability to prioritise with excellent attention to detail and a "can do" attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
- IT literate, proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.

The role is challenging and exciting and will provide an excellent opportunity for personal development as well as an attractive remuneration package that includes a competitive salary, flexible pension allowance, private medical insurance, profit share and a great working environment.
Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm, ability to work from home 2 days per week.
£26,000 - £27,000 per annum
