Neighbourhood Officer

London, Ealing

£31,097 - £35,000 per annum

12 Month Fixed Term Contract, full time 35 Hours per week

About the role

We are looking to recruit two energetic individuals that can join our team as a Neighbourhood Officers, to carry out tenancy management on our estates, regular estate inspections, tenancy audits and ensure that accurate records are maintained, and actions are taken to deal with issues.


More about the role

  • To carry out and monitor regular estate inspections, tenancy audits and ensure accurate records are maintained and actions are taken to deal with issues.
  • To manage tenancies related to housing services residents in accordance with policies, procedures and targets.
  • Be the point of contact to resolve and investigate complaints by residents and provide advice and guidance.
  • Ensure that IT systems are regularly updated and effective manual record systems are maintained.
  • To build relationships and work with both internal and external stakeholders of A2Dominion
  • To attend and represent A2Dominion at court, external meetings, case conferences, forums and evictions
  • Ensure that the tenancy management objectives and key performance indicators are achieved.

More about you

  • Educated to GCSE level or equivalent in Maths and English (Grades A
  • C)

Full UK driving license (essential):

  • Experience of problem solving for customers and understanding customer need
  • Good knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Experience of working with vulnerable people and community groups
  • Knowledge of housing law and housing management issues, welfare benefits and financial inclusion.
