Description

The Riviera Hotel is a family owned 145 bedroom coaching hotel (soon to be 186 bedrooms), we are looking for a Hotel Receptionist to join our team.

Duties will include checking guests in and out of the hotel, answering the phone in a courteous and professional manner, dealing with online and telephone bookings and other reception duties.

The right applicant must have excellent IT and customer service skills and be of smart appearance. Rezlynx/Guestline experience is advantageous for this role, although full training will be given.

Early and late shifts are a part of this role (7am - 3pm & 3pm - 11pm), and weekend working is also required.

Full flexibility of hours is essential.

£13.50 per hour
