The Bristol Eye Hospital has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic project support officer to join our innovative management team.

This fixed term position is well suited to an individual that is looking to advance their career and develop project management skills and gain hands on experience in a thriving and supportive workplace.

The successful applicant will be required to work from home and in the office.


Responsibilities will include:


  • Support a number of Outpatient projects including etriaging and the move to our electronic patient notes system
  • Lead BEH Outpatient project meetings
  • Support the implementation of project action logs
  • Provide clear and accurate records to include project plans and associated project tools and materials
  • To communicate clearly and succinctly, using the appropriate language in writing and verbally.
  • Support effective team working by demonstrating excellent communication skills with colleagues, Trust staff and a range of stakeholders.
  • To be a point of contact for a number of different projects and work streams and assist timely delivery of project plans.
We are looking for a confident organised person ready and willing to learn the art of project management.
