Endoscopy Senior Administrator x 21.75 hours

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Administrator to join the Endoscopy unit within the digestive diseases division.

This position sits within the Surgery health group.


The main duty of this role will be to cover the reception desks at Endoscopy either at CHH or HRI.

A warm friendly reception is key to welcoming our patients onto the units prior to procedures.

The Role will require working as part of a team.

You will be responsible for the booking of patients to meet National diagnostic and 18 week Referral to treatment targets.


You will be required to provide efficient and effective administration support with the department and this role will need performance and data quality accuracy.

You will be required to work evenings and weekends flexibly to fit the needs of the service.

This is a demanding role working to tight deadlines. Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential together with the ability to work well under pressure.

Hull Royal Infirmary and Castle Hill Hospital with an annual budget of approximately £500 million.

The Trust's secondary care service portfolio is comprehensive, covering the major medical and surgical specialties, routine and specialist diagnostic services and other clinical support services.

These services are provided primarily to a catchment population of approximately 600,000 in the Hull and East Riding of Yorkshire area.


HUTH provides specialist and tertiary services to a population of 1.25 million extending from Scarborough in North Yorkshire to Grimsby and Scunthorpe in North East and North Lincolnshire respectively.
