Description
Carbon Rewind is a national installer of energy efficient measures aimed at reducing heating bills and carbon emissions for homeowners and tenants.
We are actively working with energy suppliers and local authorities to improve the thermal efficiency of properties.We are looking for a customer service administrator to provide excellent customer service skills and support our operations team.
The Role:
- Taking our customers through the process of booking survey and installation appointments
- Taking inbound calls and assisting with any enquiries
- Ensuring every customer receives great customer service
- Updating various spreadsheets and databases
- Is a fulltime role (37.5hrs), working in our Watford office.
- Excellent organisation skills
- Proactive and able to work on own initiative
- Proven ability to work in a fastpaced environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proven ability with google suite, Microsoft office and PDF
- Strong customer service skills
- Experience in housing and maintenance scheduling is desirable but not essential

Pay:
£24,000.00 per year
