£65,000 - £85,000 (DOE), Bonus, Healthcare, Pension, Gym.

Your role:
- Be an active business partner to the CEO, continually working to help solutions to take advantage of opportunities to support growth, increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Advise the businesses and manage all corporate and commercial legal matters endtoend.
- Draft, refine and negotiate a wide variety of cross border commercial contracts, including partnership, technology licensing, SaaS and professional service agreements.
- Provide strategic legal advice to the CEO and VPs on a wide variety of areas, including commercial contracts, corporate matters, data protection, intellectual property, employment and disputes.
Preferred Skills:
- UK qualified lawyer with 5+ years PQE
- Experience of standardisation, process and business improvement.
- Strong structuring, drafting and negotiating skills.
- Strong data protection experience.
- Ability to convey complex legal information in an understandable format.
- Experience in leading and finding risk based solutions to ensure the businesses can undertake complex transactions efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Highly proactive and able to work well in a fastpaced environment.
- Previous experience in a small startup environment or the iGaming industry is an advantage.
