The successful Electrical Improver will be responsible for areas including (but not limited to):

  • Alongside a qualified Electrician you will works for a renewable energy and heating installations, primarily in domestic settings, for Air Source Heat Pumps, Ground Source Heat Pumps, Solar PV installations, and EV charging points.
  • First and Second Fix Electrical Installations, primarily in domestic settings around Norwich
  • Carrying out NICEIC electrical installation condition reports (EICR)
  • Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems while observing all statutory and legal requirements


Please note you will not be required to sign off any Electrical work as this will be done by a qualified Electrician.


The Successful Applicant:


The successful Electricial Improver will be able to demonstrate the following areas:

Essential

  • Good problemsolving skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Full clean UK driving licence

Desirable

  • 18th Edition
  • City & Guilds 2391
  • Inspecting & Testing (or equivalent)
  • City & Guilds Part P
  • Experience in heating systems
  • Solar PV Installation Qualification
  • Electric Vehicle Charge Point Installation Qualification
  • Experience in EV Installations
