  • Pensions & Payroll Administrator

As a key member of the team, your role involves ensuring accurate and timely payment for all employees. You will collaborate with HR and Finance departments to guarantee correct payment processes. Utilizing the University's Payroll system Oracle, you will manage monthly salary processing. Your tasks will include manual tax and NI calculations to address employee inquiries, handling company pension schemes, calculating Maternity/Paternity pay, and assessing employment tax status for new employees/suppliers. Additionally, you will handle queries through the Payroll helpdesk and internal telephone system.
