An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Accounts Assistant to join an expanding retail display design and wholesale company in Crewe on a part-time basis, to provide administrative support and develop the current account systems.

As the Accounts Assistant you will be responsible for:- Preparing financial documents such as invoices, bills, accounts payable and receivable.
- Completing purchase orders.
- Daily invoicing and bank reconciliations.
- Managing company ledger.
- Processing business expenses.
- Managing daytoday transactions.
- Financial reporting, preparing budgets, records and statements.
- Providing administrative support to the Management Accountant.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, with a positive 'can do' attitude.
- Well organised with a meticulous attention to detail and accuracy when completing tasks.
- Computer literate with excellent IT skills and experience using Microsoft Office packages (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Previous experience working in accounts environment is essential.
Hours are flexible and will be agreed during interview.
