Lettings Negotiator - London, United Kingdom - Clarity Housing

Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced lettings negotiator to join us here at Clarity Housing.

We are an estate and lettings agency based in the heart of Stratford - as we look to grow our business we are eager to keep adding to our team.

Some of your duties as a lettings negotiator will include ;

• Daily management of tenant payments
• Sourcing tenants for all void rooms/ properties
• Updating all of our online portals to reflect current voids
• Record keeping
• Liaising with our maintenance team regarding any ongoing works
• Liaising with tenants regarding any issues/ works

Previous experience in the property landscape is essential.

A UK driving license is preferred but not essential.


Salary:
From £1,400.00 per month
