BoostOnline is offering an exciting opportunity for a skilled and passionate individual with 3+ years of Paid Media experience, preferably in an agency setting, to become a valuable member of our growing team.

In this hands-on role, the

reporting of campaigns, as well as the cultivation and management of client

relationships. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and effective

time management are key attributes we are seeking.

Responsibilities include:


Client Communication:


  • Communicate with clients to understand their business goals, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Provide regular updates on campaign performance and present insights or recommendations.

Campaign Strategy:


  • Develop and implement paid search strategies that align with client objectives.
  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and challenges.

Campaign Setup and Management

  • Create and set up paid search campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and others.
  • Develop ad copy, creatives, and landing page recommendations.
  • Manage budgets, bids, and targeting to optimise campaign performance.

Keyword Management:


  • Perform ongoing keyword research to discover new opportunities and refine existing keyword lists.
  • Monitor and adjust keyword bids based on performance and budget constraints.

Ad Copy and Creative Development:


  • Write compelling ad copy that aligns with the campaign goals.
  • Test and iterate on ad creatives to improve clickthrough rates and conversion rates.

Data Analysis and Reporting:


  • Analyse campaign performance data using platforms like GA4, GTM, Supermetrics, Google Data Studio and other reporting tools.
  • Generate regular reports highlighting key performance metrics and insights.
  • Provide datadriven recommendations for campaign optimisation.

Optimisation and Testing:


  • Continuously optimise campaigns based on performance data.
  • Bid strategy testing.

Stay Informed About Industry Trends:


  • Keep uptodate with industry trends, algorithm updates, and changes in paid search platforms.

Budget Management:


  • Manage and allocate budgets effectively to maximise ROI.
  • Monitor spending patterns and adjust budgets as needed.

Collaboration:


  • Work closely with other team members, such as content creators, designers, and developers, to align paid search efforts with broader marketing strategies.

Adherence to Best Practices:


  • Stay informed about best practices in paid search and implement them in campaigns.
  • Ensure compliance with platform guidelines and policies.
