Description

We are currently looking for a Residential surveyor to join our clients, an independent Surveyors practice.

This is an opportunity for someone to join a successful team and enhance their career, with excellent long-term growth and opportunities.

Our clientsare based in the Midlands however are offering a remote working opportunity, covering West and South Yorkshire.

Working hours:

As a Residential Surveyor you'll be required to work full time.

The successful Residential Surveyor will be offered:

£45,000
£50,000 basic
Bonus Structure with On Target earnings of £55,000 £70,000

To be considered for the Residential Surveyor role you must have:

Min AssocRICS
Experience in Level 1 and 2 Surveys
Level 3 Experience preferred but not essential
VRS preferred but not essential

As a Residential Surveyor your role will involve:

Carrying out Level 1 and 2 Surveys
