The Posture & Mobility service has an exciting opportunity for a Head of Operations; the post holder will work as part of a dynamic team in delivering an effective service across all North & Mid Wales.

We are looking for a highly skilled, enthusiastic and motivated individual to work alongside the existing Senior Clinical and Management Teams in providing high quality operational leadership.

The post holder will work closely with the other managers within the service to ensure that work is aligned to the overall strategy of the service and ensure delivery to Referral to Treatment Targets.

The role supports the service to manage the day to day operational functioning of the Posture and Mobility Service, this includes administrative, IT and all service support systems.

To oversee the development of the workforce plan, operational plan and monitoring of the service against KPIs.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
