Eden Brown Synergy is currently working in partnership with a Public Sector Organisation in London which is looking to recruit a PMO Lead on an interim basis for 3 months initially.


About the role:

ERP replacement transformation programme, this programme is complex and covers both Business Change and Technology. The programme is in phase 1 which is the procurement phase and includes extensive and detailed mobilisation activities.


Role Profile:

Experience in developing and implementing project management processes
Developing and updating project plan
Maintaining RAID log and monitoring progress of mitigating actions
Creating, and maintaining board pack
Recording actions and tracking progress
Review and issue highlight report by workstream
Coordinate meetings between stakeholders
Facilitate decision making process
Review and evaluate project management processes
Diary management


Person Profile:

A minimum of 3 years' experience working on large transformation type programmes as PMO
Attention to detail, ability to challenge and status update and ensure that progress reporting is accurate and consistent
Good communicator and someone who has the ability to lead stand-up meetings
Good written communication skills and ability to create presentations that clearly describe progress or resolution paths
Versatile and willing to learn
Good understanding of project management methodologies and tools (PRINCE II, AGILE, MS Projects etc)
Ability to mentor and support development of Project Support Officer
