We are seeking a Community Therapy Team Lead to work within the Mid Bedfordshire Locality.

You will need to be a strong leader, focused on achieving real improvements in outcomes for patients and confident in your ability to support, coach and develop individuals and teams to deliver consistently high quality services.

You will need to be innovative, forward thinking, self-driven with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Take pride in your work, be highly motivated and dynamic, have a flexible approach and be able to embrace change.

Being a collaborative worker, with the ability to network and build relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders will be essential.

This is a full time post.

All applicants need to hold a degree/diploma in Occupational Therapy/Physiotherapy and be registered with the HCPC.

Due to the nature of the post the applicant must be able to meet the travel requirements to travel across the county of Bedfordshire.
