About the Role

Base Location:
Perth, Glasgow or Aberdeen

This role will supplement the existing Value stream lead roles who are supporting the delivery of our Digital Transformation programme.

The entire team is committed to delivering the business outcomes required for us to realise our Net Zero commitments for 2030.

We are progressively moving to delivering our projects using Agile and continuous delivery methodologies.


The Senior Delivery Lead will be a key member of the Digital Transformation programme leadership team to ensure that we remain true to our digital strategy.

Developing consistent Agile delivery approaches and ensuring we take a holistic approach to improving customer experience through customer research and continuous improvement based on insights from customer behaviours, will be key to this role.


To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:

  • Extensive experience as a Digital/Agile Leader delivering best in class digital solutions and implementing a variety of Agile delivery methodologies (certified Digital practitioner preferred).
  • Ability to define digital strategies specific to customer needs and how customers engage with organisations.
  • Demonstrated success in managing large creative and digital delivery teams.
  • Experience of managing teams delivering service design, UX, UI and customer research capabilities as part of enterprise wide Digital transformations.
