D365 NAV/BC Support consultant, £40,000, Hybrid, UK, End user
Pearson Carter is working very closely with a UK based end user in the manufacturing industry looking for a D365 1st/2nd Support Consultant to join their team and support their internal Dynamics Nav/BC system after recent BC implementation

This job is offering a very completive salary of £40K + with excellent benefits

Responsibilities

1st and 2nd line support to users of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central
To understand user needs and provide solutions for a third party to develop.
Working closely with our 3rd party ERP provider to develop the system and oversee smooth implementation of modifications, bug fixes and upgrades.
Play a Supporting role in implementing the system into additional business depots.
Have an in depth understanding of customizations made by the company to the base ERP system.

Experience

Knowledge of Dynamics Nav/BC
Previous experience in a Support environment
Good knowledge of SQL
Multitask and work under pressure and deadlines
Understanding of the process of physical stock movements and how they are accounted for on ERP systems

Location
Hybrid working with 3 days a week in the Preston office
