Are you an Instagram, TikTok and all round Social Media guru? Would you like to work for an established Chester based tour operator promoting luxury travel, cruise and package holidaysYes? Then this is the role for you


I am looking for Senior Social Media Executive you will have at least 5yrs experience in social media marketing, have expertise in quickly growing and maintaining a large social media audience for a brand and a deep understanding of social media platforms,in particular Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and LinkedIn and a importantly a passion for all things travel.


This is a new fresh and fulfilling role with flexible hybrid options and a competitive salary of up to £32k DOE.


WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

  • Daytoday social media management including the scheduling of posts and community management across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube
  • Analytics and reporting, making recommendations to optimize performance
  • Regular monitoring of social trends and platform feature enhancements
  • Researching and implementing best practice for each platform
  • Content planning and development
  • Instagram and TikTok are priority channels, so in this role you will ensure that our content reflects our current messages and commercial activities in a way that will attract and engage our audience.
  • You should have excellent writing skills and be able to adapt your tone of voice to meet the needs of the different audiences we communicate with.
  • Responsible for the strategy and execution of our influencer programme
  • You'll grow both followers and engagement across all major social media platforms, keeping up to date with trends and algorithms

WHAT YOU WILL HAVE:

  • A minimum of 5years' experience in a similar social media role
  • Experience in quickly growing and maintaining a large social media audience for a brand and can provide examples
  • Experience of working with content creators
  • Detailed understanding of what creative content works best on social media
  • The ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights or recommendations
  • Experience using social media management platforms such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social and Sendible
