Internal Sales Consultant
Salary:
£23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year. OTE 28K, plus uncapped commission

We're looking for a customer-facing sales consultant, who can channel their natural flair for communication into offering support to all our customers.
Covering everything from sales enquiries to technical and operational queries, you'll be comfortable liaising with suppliers and colleagues from all areas of the business to make sure we're offering the highest levels of customer service and support we can.
Your confident and capable attitude will also mean you're able to deal with new customer enquiries from both retail and major fleet customers, converting quotes and generating leads to the wider team and helping the business to grow.
Alongside a personable and professional persona, access to transport is a definite plus, as the offices aren't served by public transport.

Here's what you'll do:
- Handle customer enquiries and produce quotations
- Nurture existing relationships and provide support for your customer portfolio
- Develop new relationships with prospective customers to generate new leads
- Process orders to ensure stock levels meet customer needs
You'll need to be:
- A confident communicator
- Collaborative and goalfocused, able to share resources and knowledge
- Selfsufficient and able to show initiative
- A flexible, organised multitasker who can respond to change quickly
You'll need to have:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills written and verbal
- A good telephone manner
- Basic Excel and MS Office skills
- An ability to build relationships
It would be good to have:
- Previous sales experience
- Knowledge of the automotive/LCV sector
- Technical automotive expertise
- A full driving licence
