About the Team
Our Solution Consulting team partners with the wider account team to own the technical sale and drive growth in EMEA with mid-market, enterprise, and strategic accounts.
Our people are creative and intellectually curious, working across the industries we serve and our product portfolio to demonstrate the value of our solution to industry leaders.
Competencies:
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Specifically, you will:
- Drive pipeline by enabling our SI and ISV partners to effectively gotomarket with the CloudSense solution
- Consult with existing customers to identify and support upsell and crosssell opportunities where there is product whitespace
- Be a CloudSense champion Promote our brand, culture and product at industry events and conferences, user forums and online.
- Partner with sales in the presales process to understand customer requirements and map those back to the CloudSense product portfolio
- Provide sales support, and contribute to the development of sales strategies and setting of sales targets
- Work with both prospects and existing customers to drive license and professional services revenue
- Direct involvement with nearly all aspects of the defined sales process, including: Qualification, needs assessment, client requirements, mutual needfit, and product demonstration. Assist in response to Requests for Proposals, and technical and security integration knowhow
- Liaison with product and R&D team members to determine the range of goods and services to be sold
- Create and conduct effective demo presentations that identify and address customer key business issues and highlight benefit proposed solutions
- Take a companywide / overall business view and a longterm view in seeking to develop the sales and wider organization
- Seek the support of Sales, Professional Services, Marketing, Product Management, Engineering, and Corporate Development to ensure customer expectations are met and exceeded, and to ensure business opportunities are fully pursued
- Keep up to date with products and competitors
- Support client acquisition with presales presentations, documentation & RFI requests
- Present and articulate product functionality, features and standardized solutions
- Participate in discovery sessions to fully understand existing process, pain points, and business objectives to collaboratively define the implementation approach for clients & system partners
- Manage the daytoday BAU support of a system partner or key client's ongoing integration needs
- Communication of progress and expectations to key internal/external stakeholders
- Ensure that all sales commitments are delivered on time & within the scope
- Work with internal Product and Development teams to define enhancements to existing implementation options
Required skills:
- Experience working within one or more of the following industry verticals (Telecommunications, Wireless, Online Media, Advertising, Marketing)
- Experience with enterprise SaaS solutions (CRM, CPQ, CLM, OM, ERP)
- Excellent written, interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to present to anyone from potential users of the software to Clevel executives
- Entrepreneurial mindset, motivated problem solver and critical thinker
- Ability to sell value translate complex business challenges, opportunities and technical requirements into realized value for prospects and customers
Desired skills:
- Experience with java or java based programming languages and standard web technologies and frameworks e.g. HTML, Javascript, React for constructing demonstrations and proof of value
