To drive, manage & deliver multiple projects to help achieve targeted growth of the commercial business units. To assume responsibility for the effective management of NPD projects and product/process improvement projects.Client Details
My client is a global medical device company based in the UK providing R&D, advanced manufacturing, regulatory and marketing within the wound care and trauma space.
Description
- To lead New Product Development and Product/Process Improvement projects; including the creation & maintenance of key project management documentation (e.g. project plans, risk registers, budgets and project meeting minutes).
- Day to day management of specific project budgets (external spend and internal resource).
- Make decisions on day to day activities to ensure project delivery
- Manage cross functional internal project activity across several functions.
- Effectively manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Create and execute project work plans
- Identify business development and "addon" sales opportunities as they relate to a specific project.
- Lead project scoping exercises.
- Facilitate team and client meetings effectively.
- Effectively communicate relevant project information to senior managers.
- Some travel may be required.
Profile
- Prince2 or APMP certified
- Knowledge of ISO 13485 and FDA requirements for medical devices
- Knowledge of wound care and/or haemostat market is advantageous
- Experience in the design & implementation of manufacturing validation programmes.
