    Legal Counsel

    We are seeking a talented lawyer to support our expanding operations in France. This role involves serving as the primary legal advisor on various commercial and regulatory matters, including structuring, drafting, and negotiating contracts.

    About the Role

    This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced lawyer to join our team and contribute to shaping the future of our business. As a key partner, you will work closely with senior management to provide strategic advice and guidance on complex deals and transactions.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide expert legal advice on commercial and regulatory matters
    • Structure and negotiate complex contracts
    • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement business strategies
    • Develop innovative solutions to novel legal challenges

    Requirements

    • Fully qualified lawyer with outstanding academic credentials
    • At least 6 years of legal experience, including significant time at a law firm
    • Independent, proactive, decisive, yet open to challenges and innovative thinking
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to partner with senior management
    • Strong business judgment, especially in ambiguous situations
    • Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
    • Fluent in English and French
