We are recruiting a Workflow Coordinator to coordinate the workflow of tasks across functional departments.

This will range from work from internal engineers within a mobile, static and dedicated arena, through to third party suppliers, utilising a network of stakeholders to maximise ease, speed and quality to workflow for the business of billing.

The main responsibilities of this role consist of using the latest software to coordinate the workflow of tasks and identifying and solving blockages along the workflow route to achieve maximum success for customer delivery and business continuity.

Be responsible for the pro-active management of work orders and their end-to-end journey. Liaise with all functions within TSOC to ensure processes are adhered to.

Work with TSOC customers (internal to Mitie) to support the drive-in performance and work with them to establish correct workflows and problem solve.

Other duties include working within a team with a streamlined and collaborative approach. Reviewing operating practices and suggest improvements where necessary. Help to resolve any complaints that have been escalated in an efficient and professional manner. Manage any other requests deemed as a business need by line management.
