A large and fast growing retail company is currently on the lookout for an ambitious and out-going Management Accountant to come and join their forward thinking team in North Birmingham.

This role is a fantastic opportunity for a driven individual who had strong attention to detail and can easily adapt to a fast-paced work environment, someone who is a confident communicator and is looking for that next level of exposure in their role.

Ideally, you will:

Have previous experience in the budgeting and forecasting process and working within a fast paced finance function.
Be a confident communicator in order to build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders and be able to challenge and identify business performance.
Have a commercial eye in order to identify opportunities and support senior management across the business.
Be actively studying ACCA or CIMA with the idea of completing and progressing with your qualification.

In return, you will:

Receive full study support in order for you to complete your chosen qualification.
Be given the opportunity to gain exposure to the wider finance function and build your own relationships with key stakeholders.
Have the flexibility to be able to work on a hybrid basis, both from home and their offices in North Birmingham.
Be joining the company as a time of vast growth and have the opportunity to be involved in some of their new acquisitions and projects.
