Job Overview:
We are seeking a professional dedicated and passionate Gardener (Associate Partner) to join our team. As an Associate Partener, you will be responsible for assisting with various gardening and groundskeeping tasks. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working outdoors and have a love for plants and landscaping.


Duties:

• Assist with garden maintenance, including planting, watering, and pruning
• Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, and weeding
• Operate hand tools and power tools to complete gardening tasks
• Assist with the installation of new plants and garden features
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of garden areas
• Monitor plant health and report any issues to the supervisor
• Assist customers with gardening questions and provide excellent customer service

Skills:

• Knowledge of irrigation systems and ability to irrigate plants effectively
• Experience in landscape maintenance and groundskeeping
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools for gardening tasks
• Strong understanding of different types of plants, their growth requirements, and care techniques
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions

Job Types:

Pay:
£15.00-£19.00 per hour
