Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Agent to join our field sales team.

In this role, you will be at the forefront of driving our mission, helping businesses optimise their payment processes by introducing them to our partner's cutting-edge payment solutions.

Your primary focus will be on identifying, engaging, and securing new business opportunities within the B2B sector.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Identify and target potential business clients in the assigned territory.
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through cold calling, inperson outreach, and utilising online platforms.
  • Conduct facetoface meetings and presentations with prospective clients to demonstrate our payment solutions.
  • Understand the specific needs and payment challenges of businesses and propose tailored solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to achieve (and preferably exceed) sales targets.
  • Provide ongoing support and account management to ensure customer satisfaction and cultivate longterm relationships.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes.

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in field / direct sales, preferably within the payment solutions or financial technology sector.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and the ability to navigate through decisionmaking structures.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with business owners and decisionmakers.
  • Selfmotivated, with a resultsdriven approach and the ability to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

£15,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
