SALES AND MARKETING ASSISTANT - ALDERSHOT - £23K -£25K
My client is a friendly family business, based in Aldershot.

Their founders are entrepreneurs and therefore look to build teams with employees who possess a similar skill set in taking initiative and finding a way to achieve excellence in their roles.

In 2019, they refurbished their 60,000 sq ft factory to include breakout areas for employees, a training facility for ongoing support, a studio for videography and photography, and a showroom for customers to experience the full product range and serviceoffering.

They really value creativity and innovation, these are the perfect areas to increase communication with colleagues and generate ideas.

What you'll be doing:

Assisting with the development and implementation of the sales and marketing strategies
Creating and maintaining databases of customer and prospect information
Gathering and sharing data with the Head of Sales which will enable us to identify leads for customer visits
Preparing and distributing marketing materials
Collecting, analysing and maintaining data from a variety of sources, such as customer databases, competitors, market research and web analytics
Assist in identifying trends, patterns and opportunities for growth and improvement in sales and marketing efforts
Analysing the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and providing recommendations to management
Identify and submit leads for the Head of Sales based on data findings
Creating reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations for improvements, to communicate improvements
