What are we looking for?
- Due to the nature of the clients we interact with, we would also consider Health Care Assistants, Care Assistants or perhaps you are working in hospitality and feel you need a change of career.
- Note that full training will be provided, so you will be given every opportunity to succeed and we are looking for people who are keen to develop as the company grows further.
Role Responsibilities
- Manage new claims enquiries via inbound or outbound calls to follow up on our customer's initial web enquiry so no cold calling involved
- Your role will be to assess the enquiries and look for potential opportunities for pursuing a claim. This will be done by running through a structured prequalification call with the customer to obtain specific information.
- Working to set key performance targets and ensuring that all enquiries are handled in accordance with service level agreements and applicable regulations (don't worry full training given)
- As mentioned above, previous experience as a Customer Service Advisor would be advantageous though not a must have.
- A commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
- You will need to be computer literate
- Target driven and able to successfully meet KPI measures.

Pay:
£18,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
