Hours - _37.5pw Mon-Fri (2 hours given back on Friday working week) _
_Base - Folkstone, remote working possible and to be discussed. _
Responsible to:
Business Support Manager
Purpose of the Job
- *To devise and lead on the NHS mail program, facilitating training to Care providers in Kent & Medway within the agreed time cost and quality expectations. Working in partnership with the NHS mail Team, ICB, and building key relationships with CareProviders, partners and key stakeholders.
Main duties and responsibilities:

- Facilitating training, providing resources to Care Providers in signing up to
- Creating an eLearning space on the Digital Innovation Centre website to support the care providers with the help of the IT and Technology Innovation
- Following up with care providers after training sessions to ensure NHS mail is used and when necessary, provide further briefings / training.
- Create a roll out plan, supported by the line manager informed by implementation of digital programmes in the ICB such as Docobo and
- Maintaining internal project deliverables for the programme or project manager, such as logs and project highlight reports.
- Data collation and analytics, to map, track, monitor and inform key deliverables.
- Manage programme and project meetings with Business Support
- Ensuring financial management standards are being adhered to.
- To attend, support and participate in Centre meetings.

QUALIFICATIONS
Level 3 Diploma or equivalent
EXPERIENCE
Experience in a programme and/or projects environment
- Experience with digital
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Good communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and very organised
- Good oral and written skills
- Good working knowledge of SharePoint
- Good project delivery skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
KNOWLEDGE
Understanding of facilitation
- Some understanding of health and social care sector
