In IT Services, we're dedicated to providing excellent IT systems, services and infrastructure to meet the needs of our students and colleagues.

Our world is dynamic and so are we.

We work closely with everyone who uses IT at the University, to make sure it works for them, so they can focus on improving themselves and the world around us.

So if you want to support the next generations of students, leaders and researchers, we want you on our team.

Based in the Teaching Technology, Media and Event Support team, you will be focused on leading and coordinating key University activities on behalf of IT Services, including Clearing & Confirmation, Student Registration, Teaching and Exam Readiness.

This will involve working with key stakeholders both within IT services and in the wider University.

You will be responsible for developing and embedding KPIs and SLAs to control and manage service performance, quality, efficiency and continuous improvement across the operations of Teaching Technology, Media and Event Support; to ensure service is delivered to meet the strategic aims of Digital Workplace and Education product areas.

You will actively engage with IT Services Product Teams to ensure product roadmap alignment and continuous improvement of service activities.

You will be the Service Evangelist working to promote the services offered by Teaching Technology, Media and Event Support through engagement with IT Services Business Relationship Managers and directly with the wider University to ensure the services are aligned with the University's needs and strategic aims.

You will need to be able to demonstrate strong leadership and teamworking skills, combined with excellent communication and computer skills.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to help shape and develop this new role working across the Teaching Technology, Media and Events team, embedding new ways of working, a 'service first' culture and promoting a continuous improvement ethos.
