The Role:
As a
Behaviour Mentor, you will play a crucial role in supporting children who are in care or deemed as 'looked after children.
- Building positive and
nurturing relationships with students. - Providing oneonone and group mentoring to address
challenging behaviours. - Implementing
behaviour management strategies and interventions. - Supporting students' social and emotional development.
- Collaborating with teachers, parents, and external professionals to create individualized support plans.
Qualifications and Skills:
To excel in this role, you will need:
- Resilience and the ability to effectively manage challenging behaviours.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Empathy and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on children's lives.
- A patient and understanding approach to working with children with complex needs.
- The ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

£82.09-£96.76 per day

Teaching Assistant: 1 year (preferred)
