Business Development / Account Manager - ASAP start.


We have a very exciting opportunity for someone with 2+ years of BD/AM/NB experience to join us on our Client Engagement Team.


We are a Digital Recruitment Agency and due to a recent restructuring, we are looking for someone to help us expand our existing accounts and importantly, win new business - NO RECRUITMENT EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.


You will think outside of the box to attract, approach and win new clients - we want to disrupt the recruitment space and encourage you to get creative on how we do this Whether it's with events, video marketing, written form, or any other media/medium.

The possibilities are endless


You will collaborate with your team and the wider business, brainstorming and sharing ideas on how to attract and approach potential new clients, as well as executing these ideas.


Whilst you may be new to recruitment and our field, you will be representing a company that is a well-known name within the Digital Commerce space.

We have 10 years' worth of credibility, and a reputation of reliable expertise for you to lean on when doingcold outreach.

We also have the following processes to allow for a warmer approach:

  • Leads are provided to the client team to follow up on
  • LinkedIn personal branding training to increase our presence and make ourselves known to businesses before that first message or phone conversation
  • Extensive list of existing accounts to be expanded


You will be given some accounts to manage when you join us and will manage any accounts that you bring on through new business.
