Accounts AssistantSalary:
£28,730.00 with regular reviews depending on performance
Location:
Blidworth, Nottinghamshire
Hours:
Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm, with flexibility from both parties
Temp to perm role
Duties:
- Arrange and liaise with suppliers on the data base buying product and accessories
- Update Excel spreadsheet with delivery dates and financial data
- Ensure that all delivery notes and purchase order notes are matched before invoicing
- Processing weekly payment runs to suppliers
- Purchasing sundry items for supplier
- HR administration duties may be carried out to keep in line with policies and procedures communication with the external HR relation.
Experience
- Previously worked with computer systems, including Excel and Sage Line 50
- Knowledge of purchase ledger is essential
- Some previous purchasing/HR admin experience would be ideal, but this is not essential as training will be provide. However you must have an eye for detail and be able to cope with a varied role which can be very demanding at seasonal peaks
You will be joining a supportive team who will be there for you to turn to should you need some support.
