Applications are invited for the post of Electron Paramagnetic Resonance (EPR) Project Administrator.
The EPSRC National Research Facility (NRF) for Electron Paramagnetic Resonance (EPR) Spectroscopy provides EPR measurement and analysis facilities to colleges and universities within the United Kingdom, and occasionally, abroad.
In line with this change, the administrative and financial procedures of the EPR NRF were upgraded, providing an exciting opportunity for anyone interested in project administration.
The NRF is piloting a national initiative, Living labs to improve the environmental sustainability of research infrastructure, in which the Administrator will play a central role.
The EPR Project Administrator role provides comprehensive and proactive operational support. This is a dynamic and demanding role and will involve considerable flexibility and the ability to prioritise tasks.The post holders role will be to ensure effective, professional liaison and communication with academics, administrators, and external applicants to facilitate the efficient operation of day-to-day activities by both following and establishing protocols, whilst managing matters arising.
Flexible, hybrid working arrangements will be considered.
The post holder will ensure tasks are carried out in a timely manner with a high level of professionalism, confidentiality and in accordance with all UoM policies and procedures.
