Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Team Leader to join a Substance Misuse service located in Tunbridge Wells.

This will be a Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:00 position.

About the Role:

As a team leader, your responsibilities encompass operational line management, including supervision with reflective practice, appraisal, performance, and sickness management. You'll also ensure that staff adhere to the service and external policies relevant to their roles.
Empowering your team is crucial, fostering an environment that promotes hope, empowerment, choices, control, and opportunities, ultimately helping service users realise their full potential as individuals and community members.
Collaborating with your team, you'll ensure that practices within the team/service effectively identify service users, children, and families at risk, and that staff are proficient in delivering interventions that reduce risk.
Supporting staff to enhance service user outcomes through observed practice and timely, valuesbased feedback is a key part of your role.
To provide effective case management and coordination covering areas of risk, problematic behaviour, housing, social functioning, employability, psychological and physical health.

Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract

Contract length: 3 months

Salary:
£28.00-£30.00 per hour
