We have a fantastic opportunity registered with us a for a qualified Senior Accountant/Practice Manager to move into a Partner Designate position with a well-established, thriving, growing firm of Chartered Accountants based in Tenterden, Kent.

About the firm:

This local firm has three offices comprising of over 45 staff, assisting a variety of clients in all areas of general practice, audit, and taxation advice.

With 8 Partners, this firm is experiencing exciting business growth and they are excited to expandtheir existing team.

About the role:

General Practice associate/Partner designate with a background in Audit.
Managing a significant portfolio of fees.
Identifying new clients and being responsible for onboarding them.
Contribute to business development and marketing for the firm.
Responsible for mentoring and developing a medium sized team.
Responsible for workflow, client engagement and postreview meetings with clients.
Contribute to ongoing internal development and modernisation of the firm.
Represent the firm at different marketing/client engagement events.
ACA qualified.
35 years' Practice experience with experience in a manager position.
Ability to obtain RI (Responsible Individual) status.
Passion for progressing your career, with a desire to move into the role of Partner in the next 2 years'.
Knowledge of IRIS and MyWorkpapers would be beneficial.
Confidence utilising Microsoft Office.
