This is an exciting opportunity to join a team that is passionate in delivering excellent customer-focused housing services and making a real difference to our neighbourhoods.

We're looking for a confident, dedicated individual with a passion for customer service and who is excited about the opportunity to work in an innovative, challenging customer-focused team.

As our Locality Advisor, you will provide support and assistance to the Locality Teams to provide high-quality services to our customers and wider communities.

Our aim is to help facilitate positive changes for the communities we serve.

You will be involved in responding to customer enquiries covering a range of housing services in a professional and consistent manner, recording information on our systems, liaising with teams across the business and external partners.

You will have the opportunity to be involved in projects to help facilitate continuous improvement across a range of services.

We will count on your superb communication, flexibility, time management and organisational skills.

This role is an opportunity to learn more about the housing sector to help you build on your existing skills and knowledge.
