We are looking for a reliable, enthusiastic and customer focused team member, able to think on their feet and to help us delight our customers.

Our Reservations team hours cover early and late shifts from 07: hrs over 7 days per week. Located in either our Granton offices or at our shop at Castlehill.

Own transport is preferable.

Responsibilities and Duties

Processing all reservations made by Agents who sell tours on behalf of the Company
Processing credit card and cash payments
Processing cancellations and refunds
Directing incoming calls to the appropriate person
Updating accommodation information as required
Updating records relating to Visitor Attractions as required
Liaising with agents and affiliates, where appropriate
Delivering exceptional customer service at all times

Qualifications and Skills

Good communication and customer service skills
Customeroriented, open and friendly personality.
Reliable, determined and trustworthy.
Must be selfmotivated, proactive and able to work autonomously.
Great interpersonal skills and able to work as part of a team.
Excellent organisational and problem solving skills.
Able to be flexible regarding shift work.

Knowledge of Scotland

Hours:
Full Time Permanent

Full Time per week

£10.50 ph starting rate, rising to £12 ph after training period and working independently, this will be going up to £12.24 in April 2024.
