Description

I have been acquired to recruit for a position on behalf of a Financial Services Trading group based in London.

I am looking for a Senior Corporate Lawyer with experience in M&A and extensive knowledge of International financial markets.

You will need experience in:

Draft documentation (Stock options agreements, articles of association etc)
Advising on matters related to corporate structure and share capital
Managing change management processes in foreign jurisdictions and reviewing infrastructure workstreams
Preparing legal documents and representing the company in legal proceedings
Upholding Compliance with legal regulations across the business
Experience of corporate law procedures, transactions and issues like corporate governance and other elements of corporate and contract law
8 years minimum experience in all points listed above.

The role is a hybrid position, with 3 compulsory days in the London based office.
