Halliwell Jones Warrington is looking for a Facilities Administrator.


Your role

  • To support and assist the Group IT & Facilities Manager in maintaining the Group's Facilities management.

Your profile

  • Computer Literate with knowledge MS Office and Google Drive.
  • Strong communication, presentation, organisation and prioritisation skills with a commitment to providing the best possible standard of work and service.
  • Willingness to learn and develop the role.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as a team player offering help and support to others.
  • An enthusiastic, dynamic and team orientated personality with an outstanding attitude to Facilities management with ability to use own initiative.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines with strong attention to detail.
