Service Advisor

richard martin automotive solutions ltd is a family owned and operated automotive repair shop in Peterlee. We are a growing shop that prides itself on providing exceptional service to our customers.

Our target audience is new to 7 year old cars. we predominantly work on vw audi group, however, we are looking at moving into other marques.

We are looking for a full-time Service Advisor to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our customers.

Job Summary:


Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• IT literte. MS office
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record (required)
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (required)
• Social media marketing skills Would be an advantage
• Good communication skills (verbal & written) required
• Ability to work independently & as part of a team in a dynamic environment

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
