Position:
Customer Service Advisor


Location:
Outskirts of Cardiff City Centre, with plenty of free parking


Salary:
£20,000 - £22,000 pa plus annual bonus


Hours:
Monday to Friday shifts between 8am to 8pm + Saturdays & Sundays on a rota basis (35 hours per week)

What does the job entail?
As a Customer Service Advisor, working for this financial services company in Cardiff City Centre, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Working closely with the customers, to ensure their account is up to date
  • Overcoming complaints and objections, within a highly regulated financial services role
  • Taking the time to understand the customer's individual situation, showing empathy and respect and providing fair outcomes and positive experiences throughout
  • Ensuring a fair and ethical approach helping each and every customer


The successful Customer Service Advisor will share their values of being customer focused, performance driven and will work well in a team.


  • Recent experience in a highly customer focussed customer service environment (contact centre, retail or hospitality)
  • Excellent people skills, with a high degree of empathy and emotional intelligence
  • A great team player with the ability to work on own initiative
  • Selfmotivated with a "cando" approach to work and customer service
  • As this role is working within the financial services sector,
    you will have to pass a credit check.
