As a Customer Service Advisor, your responsibilities will include:

  • Building and maintaining positive relationships
  • Sending CVs, organising interviews & delivering offers
  • Regularly posting on social media, including videos

We are looking for someone who has the following skills and experiences:

  • Some recent customer service /sales experience
  • Someone who is happy to pick up the phone and chat to people
  • Strong communication and problemsolving skills
  • Creative thinker, able to read and adjust to situations
  • Engaging, warm, enthusiastic, friendly, fun and positive
  • A positive, determined and driven Advisor

In return, the successful Customer Service Advisor can expect a salary of £18,000 - £20,000 per annum, plus fantastic benefits such as:
