We are looking for an
Administrator (Temporary) to join our Sustainability team on a Temporary bsis until the end of March 2024.

As an
Administrator (Temporary), you will be responsible for providing a professional, courteous and friendly service to customers on issues relating to the affordability and sustainability of tenancy.


Requirements:


_ the office/hometoOutline of Key responsibilities for the Administrator (Temporary) _

  • To effectively monitor, organise and prioritise referrals into the Tenancy Sustainability and Welfare Benefits Service.
  • To communicate with Customers, referrers and colleagues to ensure referrals are triaged appropriately based on business risk and needs of the customer
  • To make phone/office / home visit appointments for customers. Gaining any necessary information and offering an appropriate level of information and advice.
  • To provide advice about social care, advice and support services appropriate to the customer's circumstances
  • To, explain to customers and colleagues outcomes of the triage process for advice services and associated waiting times and manage expectations in a highdemand service.
  • To carry out administrative and clerical tasks to Tenancy Sustainability and Welfare Benefits Teams to ensure the efficient delivery of the service.
  • To signpost/refer customers to other services as appropriate
  • To liaise with external agencies and internal teams on referrals and related outcomes
  • To respond appropriately to 'safeguarding disclosures' and to ensure concerns are raised with an appropriate coordinator or manager
  • To be aware of relevant legislation, policies, procedures and processes related to Tenancy Sustainability, Welfare Benefits, and affordability.

_We are looking for someone who has _

  • Experience working in an administrative role, preferably in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team.
